C.J. Shahjahan

C.J. SHAHJAHAN is a well-travelled motivational speaker and corporate trainer based in Chennai. He is the Founder Secretary of SIBN (Saudi Indian Business Network) and President of India Forum, both under the patronage of the Embassy of India.
He did his bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering and a post-graduate Certification in Business Management from IIM, Ahmedabad, before pursuing a career in management. With an experience spanning over two decades as a CEO in Saudi Arabia and a decade’s experience in Corporate Planning, International Business Development & Marketing Management, Shahjahan followed his heart and chose to become a motivational speaker and a corporate trainer to help people discover their true potential and leadership skills. He draws from his own vast experience in the corporate world to motivate and empower young minds for a successful career.
He has authored books both in Tamil and English. He won the first prize and his story was selected by the Tamil Nadu Government in a short story contest. His books focus mainly on communal harmony. He has anchored many business seminars and conferences and conducted soft skills training for senior executives of the Tamil Nadu Police Academy. His students describe his motivational speeches as life-changing.
