A. Praveen, a 14-year-old Class 8 boy of Sunshine Academy MHSS, Metha Nagar, Chennai, loves painting and creative writing (as of 2021 when his first story was published in “Dewdrops in Sunshine”). He is an outdoor guy, and football is his favourite sport. He aspires to become a businessman, championing sustainability and social responsibility. Through his story, The Earth (Dewdrops in Sunshine), where he uses a Time Machine to travel back in time and into the future, he underscores the importance of living in harmony with nature. Unlike many who wish to revisit the past and undo our past mistakes for a personal gain, Praveen wishes to go back in time to undo the destruction done by mankind to our only home, the Earth.
